Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment is due on departure. Cancellations must be received in writing 7 days before due arrival date. Cancellations in less than 7 days or no shows will be charged the full amount due. No smoking in rooms and no animals on site.

Note:   We assume unless advised otherwise that a suite is booked for 2 persons. The Arizona has a small extra bedroom (and shower) suitable for 2 babies/small children or one older person. If this is required or more than one suite is being reserved please indicate requirements in the comments box above. We aim to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
